Afterwards, sit in the pool with a drink in hand, looking straight across the sea and sunset. Around the house you will find terraces, sunny and shaded corners, outdoor dining, loungers and an architectural glass windbreak that protects without blocking the view.
Inside, everything stays calm, open and oriented toward the sea.
The large living space connects the modern kitchen, dining table and lounge into the bright heart of the house. Huge windows bring the pool, horizon and Atlantic directly inside. Two proper bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest WC and an office with sofa bed make the villa ideal for couples, two couples and guests who want workdays with a sea view.

From the villa, you can walk to several special coastal places in under 15 minutes: Playa de los Muertos is usually empty, while Playa de Comisianes and the beach of Ajuy with restaurants and bars usually stay pleasantly quiet. Follow the coast further and you will find spectacular natural pools that fill with the tide and turn into quiet rock basins at low water. Hiking starts right at the house, along the coast or into the surrounding hills.

I really enjoyed my time in Ajuy. We did a few smaller trips here and there, but also spent quite a lot of time simply at the house. The area is good for running and walking, and the terrace with its sea view is a lovely place to come down from everyday work. I would very happily come back.

We simply wanted some peace and quiet, and that worked perfectly. You sit there, look outside and after a day you realize you do not constantly need to go somewhere. The house is beautiful, but not in a way that makes you afraid to touch anything. We cooked, read, went for walks and enjoyed the days in a very easy way.

The house is somewhat secluded near Ajuy, but Fuerteventura is not huge and from there you can reach an amazing amount of spectacular nature within about 30 minutes by car. We went on a trip every day and enjoyed the house for the rest of the time. The contrast to Munich was sensational and exactly what we were looking for. What we liked most was coming back after every trip to a place that immediately felt calm and private.

The experience is very relaxed luxury: very spacious rooms, and at the same time everything feels welcoming. We were there as a group, but there was still plenty of privacy. The pool is unusual, but the natural pool about a ten-minute walk away is really something else. You can swim protected by the rocks with the Atlantic right in front of you. And if you do not want to cook, you simply walk to Ajuy for prawns. It is difficult to leave this house.

We escaped the winter in Germany for four weeks and really enjoyed it. I could sit for hours in the comfortable armchair by the large window, enjoy the view and read. The restaurants in the village are really good, and for lunch we often drove to Ca Luisa in Pájara for a snack. It was a fantastic four weeks, also because after a few days the house no longer felt like accommodation, but a little like our own retreat.

Die Restaurants im Ort sind echt gut, und mittags sind wir sehr gerne nach Pájara ins Ca Luisa für einen Snack gefahren. Es waren fantastische vier Wochen, auch weil das Haus nach ein paar Tagen nicht mehr wie eine Unterkunft wirkte, sondern ein bisschen wie unser eigener Rückzugsort.

Who is the villa ideal for?
For couples, two couples, quiet-seeking travelers, premium guests and remote-work guests looking for a very private place directly by the sea. The house works well with teenagers; it is less suited to small children.
How many people can stay overnight?
There are two proper bedrooms. In addition, the office has a sofa bed that can be used for one to two more guests depending on the group.
How quiet is the location really?
Very quiet. The villa is part of a small neighborhood with only 12 homes, each set on around 10,000 m2 of land. This creates an exceptional sense of distance and privacy. Around the house, you will usually see no more than five different cars per week.
Is the villa suitable for remote work?
Yes. There is an office with a large monitor, a second desk in the living area and several possible outdoor work spots. Internet is around 100 Mbit up and down, though island connections can vary.
Do you need a rental car?
Yes. The villa lives from its secluded location. A rental car is necessary for arrival, larger shopping trips and exploring. A small local mini-market is about 15 minutes away on foot; the nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away by car.
How does the solar power work?
The villa currently runs fully on solar power. It fits the secluded character of the house and works well in everyday use. Larger appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher and stove should be used consciously and preferably during the day.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are possible on request. Small animals may fit depending on the situation; large dogs are generally not suitable.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Is there a minimum stay and cleaning fee?
The minimum stay is 5 nights. Final cleaning is 180 EUR.
